Step 1:

On the North side of Mapleton Ave., find the set of 3 white mailboxes and follow the sidewalk North toward the alley.

Step 2:

You’ll see 2321 Mapleton on your right, it’s the light green house.

Step 3:

Walk past the first entrance to the "LifeLabs entrance" which is around the corner, with a large star to the left of the door.

Step 4:

Here you see the entrance, with a large star to the left of the door.

Step 5:

At that door, enter this 4 digit code: 1111, and turn the door handle to open the door.

Step 6:

Follow the steps, to your right as you enter the door, down to the entry below.
